Forum Retail was formed with the specific aim to "..Provide retailers with value for money solutions to enable their business's to grow and to offer honest advice with integrity.."

Our key personnel have over 25 years each in the retail industry working with small retailers to large multi-nationals, from store managers to systems directors, in a wide variety of markets from FMCG to specialty retailing and hospitality. This enables us to offer skilled recommendations on best practices, marketing, and procedures and of course EPoS. Forum Retail is kept deliberately small in order to provide a tailored business service, more like a business partner than a supplier. Where we require extra or specialist personnel, these are contracted in and managed by Forum Retail, this means that our customers really are our business partners, rather than customers - we have a simple philosophy;

if you grow and are profitable, so are we! If we think any of our systems are not suited to your business we would rather loose the sale than have an unhappy customer...

Even if you decide or we advise you that our systems are not for you, we may be able to help in offering guidance and project management for your EPoS system implementation, helping to make sure that you get the best possible system for your business. For the budget conscious or those with previous EPoS skills we can offer hardware and software only. For those who require a more than supply only we can provide systems from a single till right the way through to a complete installation with a fully managed system on our hosting servers.
